RCM Utility Contractors formerly known as Mosher Mechanical, has 40 years of experience in many commercial projects such as Wildewood Center, Laurel Glen and Flower of the Forrest.  We also work closely with the St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission on new water and sewer projects as well as 30 years of experience with Public Works projects on Patuxent River Naval Air Station. 

With our many partners we are able to complete most phases of construction, minor renovations and excavations.
